Zoom rent a car is the best car independent rental place in Toronto. This is my 3rd time renting from them and I feel that I should give some feedback/a review.

Zoom Rent a Car Toronto Airport Cheapest Price Excellent service, cheapest price. Very friendly service, I was recommended from a family friend who rented a car from Zoom in Toronto and they were very happy. I rented a 12 passenger van for my family from the airport location, then rented a few cars and it was almost 30-50% cheaper than any major airport rental company. I did not mind paying the "after hours pick-up fee," as this was the only company to offer this service close to the airport. I will give them a call for all my future rental needs in Toronto, and I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

The price was half of what we would have paid at the airport...including collision coverage, and the car had no problems whatsoever. The shuttle was VERY timely and we couldn't have been happier. In the future we won't even bother family members to pick us up, because the price of these cars was extraordinary, and then we had a vehicle at our disposal the entire time.

Though I didn't get the car I asked for on my reservation staff were extremely accommodating and in the future I would request the vehicle type I requested would be guaranteed. Overall service was outstanding. Thanks for your great customer service.

some confusion on where to get the car from initially. I was told the information was in the e-mail confirmation but I didn't see it. Should be better signage in the airport to guide to off airport rentals. Even Information services wasn't sure.

Rental began at 1 am so we were pleased with Zoom's help. We had wanted to attend my wife's niece and nephew's graduation parties in the US but the cost of taking the car across the border was too high. All went well with the Ontario vacation. Thanks

Very good service, I used to Rent with other Car rental companies... But now my first choice goes for Zoom. There is an Agent called Kunal, very friendly, helpful and Knowledgeable about the products. Specially there prices is great!!!!

My flight got cancelled because of weather, they charged more than what I would have paid if had the car for a day. They sent personal information in the e-mail for no reason; I would expect any company in this age to take care of customer personal information.

The staff was great. We did ask for cruise but there was none available. The car served it's purpose. Lack of cruise was probably good since the mountain roads required consentration. I would like to thank the great staff in Calgary

The rental process worked better than I expected and I did get the model describe in the rental listing. Other companies advertise one make and model and they give you something else with the false excuse that there are none available. That was always frustrating for me. That wasn't the case with Zoom. :)

Excellent Service!!! I never knew this company existed until I found them online. Zoom has the best prices in the city by far! They picked me up from the airport on time and put me in a nice clean comfortable mid size car! The money I saved on car rentals allowed me an extra two days on my location. The staff was extremely helpful with all the inquiry's I had on where and what to visit in toronto. My suggestion......Save Money.....Rent from Zoom Rent A Car... Thanks Chris Branston

We had a good first experience with Zoom. We shopped the internet considering the big players ( Thrifty, Hertz, Avis,Budget) your prices were better, and I think the service was better. The pick-up was slow, but in the end things worked out well..GOOD WORK ZOOM

They came and picked me up from my hotel, took me right to my car rental, then when I returned the car they took me directly to the airport. We received fanastic service from the reps there. Much better service than we have ever received from any other bigger car rental company.

Whenever I see the word "cheap" I cringe a little bit as I question the safety and upkeep whether it be a car, hotel room, etc. There was no need for any apprehension. The car was in great repair, the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend your company.
